1.Documents of credit standing
(1)Business registration certificates, certificates of incorporation, of both sides, the foreign investor, no matter a legal person or an individual, should be accredited by the Chinese consulate in the country of the investor and notarized by the notarial organization of the country or region
(2)Certificate of credit standing (company’s longer-term certificate of credit standing and current deposit amount provide by the bank)
(3)
(4)identification of legal representative, passport copy provided by the foreign side
(5)Authorization letter to the agent( to offer authority to sign relevant company documents) entrusted letter to the agent(to offer entrustment to initiate a company)
(6)Name list of appointed board directors to the company, appointment letter, and copy of identification card and identification

2.Name registration submission
(1)Get a registration form of enterprise with foreign investment at the Municipal Industrial and Commercial Bureau and the
(2)Legal operation (the following documents are necessary)
　1)business licence, registration certification (notarization and authentification are needed)
　2)credibility certification(long term credibility certification and recent deposit certification issued by bank)
　3)appointment letter of legal representative
　4)identification of legal representative
　5)Authorization letter to the agent

3.the following documents need to be submitted for
(1)the Municipal Commerce Bureau
　1)Contract, charter of the joint venture and the approval document (issued by the Hi-tech Zone Economic Development Bureau)
　2)Project check and approval letter (issued by the Hi-tech Zone Economic Development Bureau)
　3)Feasibility study report
　4)Name list of the board of directors’ members, appointement document and identification certification of the board of directors’ members, general manager and deputy general manager.
　5)Legal certification of investors
　6)Credibility certification of investors
　7)Site use certification
　8)Notification letter of name check& approval
　9)Enterprise code certification
　10)List of imported equipments
　11)Other necessary accessories.
(2)Industrial and commercial department
　1)Registration and application letter for enterprise with foreign investment signed by the board chairman and deputy board chairman.(the letter is available at the Municipal Administration Service Center)
　2)Contract, charter of the joint venture and approval document (issued by the Hi-tech Zone Economic Development Bureau)
　3)Documents after authentification and notarization provided by the foreign company or individual.
　4)Name list of the board of directors’ members, appointement document and identification certification of the board of directors’ members, general manager and deputy general manager.
　5)certification of credit standing of the investors

　7)Approval advice of enterprise name registration
