5 water plants in the city with a daily supply amount of 790000T. Drinking water meets 100% of quality standard. Water supply pipes have access to anywhere in the zone. Water is at ￥ 1.335/T for industrial use and ￥ 1.2/T for living.
2)Gas (or steam) supply and price
Most of the gas(or steam) supply networks have been laid in the Zone
Natural gas is at ￥ 2.0/m3 for industrial use, ￥ 2.20/ m3 for civil use and￥ 2.30/ m3 for commercial use.
Steam for industrial use is ￥ 130/m3, 250℃ and 10KG.
3)telecommunication cost
No preliminary phone installation charge, fixed phone rent ￥35/month, ￥0.22/3minutes, ￥0.11/min if over 3minutes. Free of preliminary installation charge for ADSL Broadband if any pre-deposit, ￥40/month for 512K, ￥60/month for 1M and ￥70/month.

5 transformer substation in the Zone among which 1 has a capacity of 360MVA and the rest have a capacity of 63MVA, with 3output voltages of 10KV、110KV and 220KV.

30% of employees in the Zone have an education above college degree. The average salary ranges ￥400-800 /month for workers, ￥800-1500 /month for middle level management staff, and ￥800-1500 /month for senior management staff.
